Humas IAIN Parepare-- Tim Keuangan dan BMN IAIN Parepare adakan rapat persiapan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Anggaran Triwulan I Tahun 2024 di ruang rapat lantai 3 gedung rektorat, Kamis (28/03/2024).
The preparation meeting was attended by the Head of AUAK Bureau, Commitment Maker Official (PPK) from several units, Head of Finance Team, Head of Planning Team, and Financial Management Staff.
Di awal rapat, Muhdin Kepala Biro AUAK menegaskan bahwa pencairan anggaran selanjutnya harus dimaksimalkan.
"Semoga pencairan anggaran selanjutnya, bisa maksimal. Diharapkan kepada setiap fakultas, unit, dan lembaga untuk segera mengajukan Rencana Penarikan Dana (RPD) periode triwulan II," kata Muhdin.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Ishak, S.T.,M.M., Head of the Finance Team, said that the Budget Evaluation Meeting for the First Quarter will be held next week. The activity aims to identify the obstacles faced by the work unit/budget executor.
"In the next evaluation meeting, we will find solutions to every obstacle faced by the activity implementers which has an impact on the low budget absorption during the first quarter. Furthermore, we will design the implementation of activities and the plan for withdrawing funds for April-June (second quarter)," he said.
Hasim, S.Sos.,M.M., Head of the Planning Team, at the end of the meeting explained the steps to improve the quality of budget planning, including the revision of Budget Execution Implementation List (DIPA) which is one of the Budget Implementation Indicators (IKPA) set by the Ministry of Finance to measure the quality of budget performance.
